KitKat 4.4.4 OmniROM for the TF101 and TF300T and some Lollipop hopes

I haven't been testing around with many ROMs lately since Im so satisfied with xda-developers.com Timdurus KatKiss 4.4.4 that I stopped looking - especially when Tim got already the Lollipop 5.1.1 r1 version up and running. I sticked with KitKat KatKiss #36 anyway (performance reasons). The only real alternative was the OmniRom project of sidneyK. I didn't install them for quite some time but I want to point at it anyway. There is a version for the TF101 as for the TF300T too. Let's have a look...


Unfortunatly OmniRom seems to lack on developers and maintainers as to read on Golem.de. So it's just rumors if an Lollipop version of OmniRom will be available. Anyway there is a pretty stable KitKat version - the  Omnirom 4.4.4 r1 for the TF101 and there is also a version for the TF300T.

It is able to revert the memory and look pretty nice. It's not so responsive as xda-developers.com Timdurus KatKiss, but worth a look for people who are looking for comfort.
